On banking licence revocation

Following failure of the credit institution Non-banking Credit Organisation CreditAlliance, Limited Liability Company, to comply with federal banking laws and Bank of Russia regulations, recurrent violations, in the course of one year, of the Bank of Russia regulations issued in accordance with Federal Law No. 115-FZ, dated 7 August 2001, ‘On Countering the Legalisation (Laundering) of Criminally Obtained Incomes and the Financing of Terrorism’, because the capital adequacy ratio dropped below the level of two per cent, because the capital fell below the minimal amount established for the credit institution registration date and taking into account the repeated actions under the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’; guided by Article 19 Paragraphs 6, 6¹ and Paragraphs 1, 2 Part 2 Article 20 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activity’ and Part 11 Article 74 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia), the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-1795, dated 8 June 2016) to revoke, effective 8 June 2016, the banking licence of the credit institution Non-banking Credit Organisation CreditAlliance, Limited Liability Company (Bank of Russia Reg. No. 3472K, registration date — 21 June 2007).
