On Bank of Russia decisions of 6 May 2014

On 6 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1.To agree on the Code of practice of the Moscow-based limited liability company IS-Broker engaged in the activities connected with the formation and investment of pension savings.

2.To agree on the Code of practice of the Moscow-based non-governmental pension fund joint stock company Mosenergo engaged in compulsory pension insurance operations as insurance agent.

3. To register the changes and amendments to the Rules of organisation and internal control of the Moscow-based limited liability company Navigator Management.

4. To register the changes and amendments to the Rules of organisation and internal control of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Modernisation Innovations Development.

5. To issue a licence to carry out investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds management duties to the Moscow-based limited liability company Proton and register the Rules of organisation and internal control of the limited liability company Proton.

6.To register the changes to the Charter of the Izhevsk-based non-governmental pension fund Social Development approved by the decision of the Board of the fund (protocol No. 2 of 14 February 2014).

7.To register the changes to the Charter of the Moscow-based non-governmental pension fund Professionalny due to change of address.
