In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Rostov-on-Don-based credit institution Rostov-on-Don Joint-stock Commercial Bank Kapitalbank, open joint-stock company, or OJSC JSCB Kapitalbank, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-522, dated 15 February 2016, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-1136, dated 7 April 2016) to withdraw P.A. Kotelnikov, T.M. Zubova from the provisional administration of the credit institution Rostov-on-Don Joint-stock Commercial Bank Kapitalbank, open joint-stock company, from 8 April 2016.
