On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ, limited liability company, or CB INTERCOMMERZ LLC appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-268, dated 29 January 2016, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-1137, dated 7 April 2016) to withdraw D.Kh. Makhmutova from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ, limited liability company, from 8 April 2016.
