On securities issue

On 7 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register:

an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Capital Investments placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-02-80039-N-002D to the additional issue of securities;

an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Tupolev placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-04640-А-004D to the additional issue of securities;

an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company VTB Capital placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-61035-Н-004D to the additional issue of securities.
