On excluding data from register of payment system operators

The Bank of Russia took a decision to exclude the credit institution United National Bank, limited liability company (United National Bank LLC), from the register of payment system operators from 7 October 2015 in compliance with Clause 4 of Part 31 of Article 15 of Federal Law No. 161-FZ, dated 27 June 2011, ‘On the National Payment System’.
