On securities issue

On 3 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:

to refuse state registration of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Uraloboronzavodsky (the Sverdlovsk Region) placed through distribution of shares;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Yamal Airlines (the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-00429-F-004D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Central Design Bureau of Automatics (the Omsk Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-12656-F-003D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund CERIKH (the Kemerovo Region) placed through distribution of shares, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80161-N;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Ural Heavy Duty Equipment — Uralvagonzavod (the Sverdlovsk Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-05520-K-004D;

to resume the issue, to register an additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Dagdizel Plant (the Republic of Daghestan) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-02-31206-Е-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Republican Investment Company (the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) placed through private subscription, state registration number is 1-01-32640-F-003D;

to register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Noviy Registrator (the city of Moscow) placed through conversion of shares at stock splitting,

to assign state registration number 1-02-40345-Н to the issue of securities;

to register the issue of non-convertible interest-bearing certified cash collateralised bearer bonds of Specialised financial society Uralsib Leasing 01 (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 4-01-36478-R to the issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Gazprom Teploenergo (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription;

to assign state registration number 1-01-09492-А-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Admiralty Shipyards (the city of Saint Petersburg) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-55433-Е-006D to the additional issue of securities;

to register amendments in a decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Raduga State Machine-Building Design Bureau named after A.Ya. Bereznyak (the Moscow Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55069-Е-010D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Atomfund (the city of Moscow) placed through acquisition by reorganised non-profit fund Non-governmental pension fund Atomgarant, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50422-А;

to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Non-governmental pension fund European Pension Fund (JSC) (the city of Moscow) placed through distribution of shares, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80160-N.
