On the list of national rating agencies and minimum credit ratings of the listed agencies for the purpose of Bank of Russia Regulation No. 590-P, dated 28 June 2017

The Bank of Russia Board of Directors decided that for the purpose of Bank of Russia Regulation No. 590-P, dated 28 June 2017, ‘On the Procedure for Credit Institutions to Create Loss Provisions on Loans, Outstanding Loans and Their Equivalents’ (hereinafter referred to as Regulation No. 590-P), ratings of the national ratings agencies joint-stock company Rating Agency Expert RA (hereinafter referred to as Expert RA) and joint-stock company Analytical Credit Rating Agency (hereinafter referred to as ACRA) should be applied.

The minimum credit ratings established for these rating agencies are as follows:

For the purpose of Sub-clauses 3.12.2.9 and 3.12.2.15 of Clause 3.12 of Regulation No. 590-P: ruBB+ (Expert RA) and BB+(RU) (ACRA);

For the purpose of Sub-clauses 6.2.1, 6.2.4 and 6.2.5 of Clause 6.2 of Regulation No. 590-P: ruAAA (Expert RA) and AAA(RU) (ACRA);

For the purpose of Sub-clauses 6.3.1 and 6.3.3 of Clause 6.3 of Regulation No. 590-P: ruBBB+ (Expert RA) and BBB+(RU) (ACRA);

For the purpose of Clause 6.5 of Regulation No. 590-P: ruBB+ (Expert RA) and BB+(RU) (ACRA).

This decision is to become effective as of the day it is published on the Bank of Russia website.
