On reissuing licences and documentary confirmations of licences

On 5 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took the decisions to reissue:

a documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds due to a change of location to the following entities:

Mercury Capital Trust Management Company, limited liability company (the city of Moscow),

Real Estate Capital Management Company, limited liability company (the city of Moscow);

a documentary confirmation of licence to act as a specialised depository of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the joint-stock company Independent Specialised Depository (the city of Moscow) due to a change of name (previously: closed joint-stock company Investment Company PECO-INVEST) and location;

a licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the non-profit organisation Non-state Pension Fund Atomgarant (the city of Moscow) due to a change of location.
