On reorganisation of non-governmental pension fund

On 6 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to agree on the reorganisation of non-profit organisation Non-state Pension Fund AVTOVAZ through transformation into a joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund AVTOVAZ, to take a decision on the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund AVTOVAZ, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund AVTOVAZ.

to agree on the reorganisation of Non-governmental Pension Fund Rostvertol through transformation into a joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Rostvertol, to take a decision on the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Rostvertol, and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Rostvertol.
