On revocation of banking licence

Due to the non-compliance by the credit institution Public joint-stock company Commercial bank EurocityBank or PJSC CB EurocityBank (the town of Mytishchi, the Moscow Region) with federal banking laws and Bank of Russia regulations, considering the repeated application within a year of the measures envisaged by the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’ and the existence of a real threat to the interests of creditors and depositors, guided by Article 19, Clause 6 of Part 1 of Article 20 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’ and Part 11 of Article 74 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2157, dated 7 July 2016) to revoke the banking licence of the credit institution Public joint-stock company Commercial bank EurocityBank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1869, date of registration — 20 May 1992) from 7 July 2016.
