On securities issue

On 3 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Poultry Farm Borovskaya (Tyumen Region) placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-00056-N-007D;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Sistema Mass Media (Moscow) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-08105-А-004D;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Kama Industrial Park Master (Republic of Tatarstan) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-56708-D-006D to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company State Scientific Centre of the Russian Federation — Leipunsky Physics and Energy Institute (Kaluga Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-83134-Н-001D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Admiralteiskie Verfi (Saint Petersburg) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55433-Е-006D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Samara Regional Energy Corporation (Samara Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-03860-E-021D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company NPO Orion (Moscow) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15357-А-002D;
