On Publication of New Statistical Data

To improve provision of information to its users the Bank of Russia keeps on expanding the composition of disseminated direct investment statistical data. The new publication contains annual data on the amount of incoming and outcoming direct investments of the Russian Federation by partner country and geographical zone with allocation of investment in debt instruments and interrelations with partner enterprises.

The presentation format complies with the standards for submitting results of the Coordinated Direct Investment Survey of the International Monetary Fund thus providing for necessary international comparison.

The statistical data are posted on the Bank of Russia official website in the Statistics/External Sector Statistics section under the Direct Investment heading.
