In order to update the provisional administration personnel appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1920, dated 3 August 2015, to manage the Astrakhan-based credit institution joint-stock company Settlements Non-bank Credit Institution Financial and Settlements Centre or JSC SNCI FSC, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2667, dated 6 October 2015) to withdraw V.B. Simakov from the provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock company Settlements Non-bank Credit Institution Financial and Settlements Centre from 7 October 2015.
