For the purpose of providing information on housing loan conditions on the primary real estate market for users the Bank of Russia has initiated the publication of information on housing (mortgage) loans, granted against the pledge of claims under share construction participation agreements. This information is available in the subsection “Housing (Mortgage) Loan Market” of section “Statistics” starting from the data on 01.02.2016.
