On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK INVESTMENT UNION, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, or CB INVESTMENT UNION LLC appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1395, dated 19 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions (Order No. OD-2009, dated 6 August 2015):

to withdraw Z.A. Mamaeva from the provisional administration of the credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK INVESTMENT UNION, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY from 7 August 2015;

to introduce A.D. Ramazanova to the provisional administration of the credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK INVESTMENT UNION, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY from 7 August 2015.
