On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-911 dated 5 May 2014 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company First Republic Bank or OJSC FRB Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-1318 dated 6 June 2014):

— to withdraw Maya Averyanova, leading economist of the settlement regulation section of the Payment Systems and Settlements Division of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Nizhny Novgorod Region, from the provisional administration of the credit institution Open joint-stock company First Republic Bank from 9 June 2014;

— to introduce Aleksandr Vasiliev, leading specialist of the liquidation procedure and restructuring of financial institutions section of the Information Technology Department of the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency, to the provisional administration of the credit institution Open joint-stock company First Republic Bank from 9 June 2014.
