Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Bank of Russia notifies of the initiation of the procedure for the reorganisation of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company Promsvyazbank, or PJSC Promsvyazbank (Reg. No. 3251) through merger with the Samara-based public joint-stock company Perviy Obyiedinenniy Bank, or PJSC Pervobank (Reg. No. 3461).
