On the Reorganisation of Credit Institutions in the Form of Merger

Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District, Moscow informs about the start of the procedure of reorganisation in the form of a merger of the Commercial Bank Soyuzprombank LLC, the non-bank settlement credit institution Interbank Settlement Centre’ (a limited liability company), the Commercial Bank of Conversion, Investment and Privatisation (a limited liability company) and the non-bank settlement credit institution Settlement Banking Centre (a limited liability company).
