To reissue the licence forms of a professional participant of the securities market to the following entities:

• Moscow-based limited liability company Volga Transcapital to carry out broker, dealer, depositary activities and operations to manage securities due to change of address;
• Moscow-based open joint-stock company United Credit Bank to carry out broker, dealer, depositary activities and operations to manage securities due to name change;
• Moscow-based limited liability company UNIVER Depositary to carry out depositary activities due to change of address;
• Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Investment Cooperative Bank to carry out broker, dealer, depositary activities and operations to manage securities due to name change;
• Moscow-based financial limited liability company Vash Broker to carry out broker and dealer activities due to change of address.
