On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 36 (1754) of 6 April 2016 has been released.

The Credit Institutions section publishes Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1100, dated 1 April 2016, on imposing moratorium on meeting claims of the creditors of the Moscow-based credit institution LLC FCRB Bank.

The issue provides information by the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency for the depositors of PJSC JSCB 1BANK, PJSC Bank Ekaterininsky, JSC StarBank.

The Non-bank Financial Institutions section publishes the following Bank of Russia orders:

No. OD-1079, dated 31 March 2016, on the revocation of the insurance licence of the Insurance Technologies of the 21st Century, limited liability company;

No. OD-1080, dated 31 March 2016, on the revocation of the insurance licence of the ZSG Insurance Company, limited liability company.

The issue publishes information on including the Non-governmental Pension Fund Atomfond in the register of non-governmental pension funds, participants in the system guaranteeing insured persons’ rights.
