On securities issue
On 5 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Resurs M placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14852-А-001D;
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company N-Invest placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14861-А-001D;
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Omskiy Nauchno Issledovatelskiy Instutut Priborostroeniya placed through private subscription;
to resume the issue and to register an issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of Sintagma, limited liability company, placed through public subscription,
to assign state registration number 4-01-36465-R to the issue of securities;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company SUEK-Krasnoyarsk placed through conversion during reorganisation through acquisition,
to assign state registration number 1-01-55295-Е-001D to the additional issue of securities;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Automotive Glass Alliance Rus placed through private subscription,
to assign state registration number 1-01-53770-К-003D to the additional issue of securities;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Chief Directorate for Troop Accommodations placed through conversion during reorganisation through acquisition,
to assign state registration number 1-01-13698-А-011D to the additional issue of securities;
to register reports on the results of the issue of class A1, A2, A3, and B non-convertible certified interest bearing mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent AHML
to registera report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company KBP named after Academician A. Shipunov placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55493-E-001-D от 30.08.2012;
to register an issue of class A non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds and a prospectus of class A non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent DVIC-1, placed through private subscription,
to assign state registration number 4-02-81676-Н to the additional issue of securities;
to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Avangard placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-13330-А-004D;
to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Obninsk Research and Production Company Technologiya placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14890-А-003D;
to include Investment Company Septem Capital, limited liability company, in the List of persons acting as representatives of bond holders.
