On reorganisation through acquisition

Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law No. 395-1 ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, dated 2 December 1990, the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District informs on the procedure of reorganisation of the commercial bank Eurocapital-Alliance (limited liability company) through acquisition by commercial bank Uzdan, limited liability company.
