On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 27 November 2014 on the forced liquidation of the credit institution Commercial Bank SOYUZPROMBANK, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2965, date of registration — 12 July 1994) and appointing a liquidator in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3405 dated 5 December 2014) to terminate from 8 December 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank SOYUZPROMBANK, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2652, dated 30 September 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Credit Institution Commercial Bank SOYUZPROMBANK, Limited Liability Company, or CB SOYUZPROMBANK LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
