On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 26 November 2014 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution open joint-stock company JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK UNIVERSAL CREDIT (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2903, date of registration — 21 June 1994) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3398 dated 4 December 2014) to terminate from 5 December 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK UNIVERSAL CREDIT appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2777, dated 9 October 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK UNIVERSAL CREDIT or OJSC JSCB Universal Credit Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
