On termination of activity of provisional administration

Following the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow, dated 24 November 2014, on the forced liquidation of the credit institution Bank24.ru (OJSC) (Bank of Russia registration No. 2227, date of registration — 19 November 1992), and appointment of a liquidator in compliance with Clause 4 o Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD3394 dated 4 December 2014) to terminate from 5 December 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Bank24.ru (OJSC), appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2522, dated 16 September 2014, ‘On the Appointment of Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Bank24.ru (OJSC) or OJSC Bank24.ru Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
