On financial resolution measures applied to OJSC CB Solidarnost

The Bank of Russia approved amendments to the plan for participation of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency (hereinafter, the Agency) in preventing bankruptcy of the Open Joint-stock Company CB Solidarnost (Registration No. 554).
As a result of the investor selection held by the Agency to participate in the bankruptcy prevention measures, the winner was OJSC Zarubezhenergoproekt jointly with JSCB Kranbank CJSC.
The participation plan provides for establishing control by OJSC Zarubezhenergoproekt over OJSC CB Solidarnost and its reorganisation by merger with JSCB Kranbank CJSC.
