On 5 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to dispense the joint-stock company Saint-Petersburg Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Tavrichesky from duty to disclose information pursuant to Article 30 of Federal Law No. 39-FZ, dated 22 April 1996, ‘On the Securities Market’.
