The Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to replace forms of insurance licences of the following entities:

Active Insurance Company, limited liability company,

Alliance Life Insurance Company, limited liability company,

Angara Insurance Company, limited liability company,

National Insurance Group, open joint-stock insurance company,

Rosenergo Insurance Company (regional energy system insurance company), limited liability company,

Siberian Spas-Med, closed joint-stock medical insurance company,

ACE Life Insurance, limited liability company,

Siberian Spas, closed joint-stock insurance company,

Insurance Company Express Insurance, limited liability company,

Insurance Company Ingosstrakh-Life, limited liability company,

BLAGOSOSTOYANIE Insurance Company, joint-stock company,

Insurance Business Group, joint-stock company;

to reissue:

insurance licence to Astro-Volga-Med Insurance Company, joint-stock company, due to a change of name,

insurance licence to Astro-Volga Insurance Company, joint-stock company, due to a change of name.
