On rules of trust management

On 1 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

CMI Long-term investments, closed-end long term direct investments unit investment fund managed by Investment Management Center, limited liability company;

Strategic Investment Fund 3, closed-end mixed investments unit investment fund managed by TKB Investment Partners (joint-stock company);

Perspective Investment Fund, closed-end venture unit investments fund managed by TKB Investment Partners (joint-stock company), due to the transfer of rights and obligations under the trust management agreement to another management company;

Flavor, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the open joint-stock company Eurofinances Management Company, limited liability company;

Troika Capital, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Central Trust Company;

UBRR-Real Estate, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Invest-Ural, limited liability company;

Native Open Spaces, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Eurasia Management Company, limited liability company.
