On 4 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register documents of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange:
Procedure of soft- and hardware electronic communication in respect of organised trading held by the closed joint-stock company St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange;
Rules of organised trading in the derivatives market section of the closed joint-stock company St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange;
Rules of admission to organised trading of the closed joint-stock company St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange.
