On securities issue

On 4 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered certified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Inter RAO Capital placed through conversion into shares of the same category (type) at lower par value, the state registration number of the issue is 1-03-37770-Н;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company NPO Orion placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-15357-А-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending, placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-02-00739-А-010D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Luchegorsk Coal Mine (the Primorye Territory) placed through acquisition of shares of a joint-stock company established through separation by the joint-stock company reorganised through the separation,

to assign state registration number 1-01-50483-А to the issue of securities;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Research and Production Corporation Konstruktorskoye Byuro Mashynostroyeniya (the Moscow Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15109-А-003D;

to register a report on the results of the issue of series 35 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Russian Railways placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-35-65045-D;

to include Management Company of Specialised Financial Associations SOLVEY FINANCE, limited liability company (the Moscow Region), in the Register of management companies of specialised associations.
