On Bank of Russia decisions

On 31 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to strike off MERCURY, closed-end credit unit investment fund, managed by the closed joint-stock company New Management Technologies from the register of unit investment funds;

to strike off Vertical, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund, managed by the limited liability company BFA Management Company from the register of unit investment funds;

to register rules of trust management of:

AK BARS — the Ground of Native Land, closed-end real estate unit investment fund, managed by the limited liability company Management Company AK BARS CAPITAL;

AK BARS — Professional Asset, closed-end rental unit investment fund, managed by the limited liability company Management Company AK BARS CAPITAL;

AK BARS — Volga Artek, closed-end real estate unit investment fund, managed by the limited liability company Management Company AK BARS CAPITAL;

Millenium, closed-end real estate unit investment fund, managed by the limited liability company Management Company AK BARS CAPITAL;

to register amendments to the Charter of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund VTB Pension Fund.
