On Bank of Russia decision of 28 July 2014

On 28 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:

To reissue forms of licences of professional participant of the securities market to the following organisations:

Licence to carry out operations to manage securities of the Moscow-based Partner Management Company, limited liability company, due to a change of location;

Licence to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities of the Kazan-based Avers Bank, limited liability company, due to a change of name (previous name: Medical Commercial Bank Avers, limited liability company);

Licence to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and operations to manage securities of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company TRANSCAPITALBANK due to a change of joint-stock company type and name (previous name: closed joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Transcapitalbank);

Licence to carry out broker and dealer activities and operations to manage securities of the Moscow-based Investment Company Talisman, limited liability company, due to a change of location;

Licence to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and operations to manage securities of the Rostov-on-Don-based Investment Company CITY CAPITAL, limited liability company, due to a change of location;

Licence to carry out broker and dealer activities of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Commercial Bank EAST EUROPEAN TRUST BANK due to a change of location;

Licence to carry out depositary activity of the Moscow-based Interregional Depository Company, limited liability company, due to a change of location;

Licence to carry out broker and dealer activities and operations to manage securities of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Professional Investment Company due to a change of location.
