On Bank of Russia decisions of 31 July 2014

On 31 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To cancel licences to carry out broker activity No. 177-02884-100000, dated 27 November 2000, dealer activity No. 177-02994-010000, dated 27 November 2000, depositary activity No. 077-07083-000100, dated 4 November 2003, and operations to manage securities No. 177-03092-001000, dated 27 November 2000, of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Commercial Bank UNICOR, professional participant of the securities market (ITN 7744001095), due to the revocation of its banking licence;
2. To refuse to cancel licence to carry out broker activity No. 078-13701-100000, dated 8 November 2012, dealer activity No. 078-13702-010000, dated 8 November 2012, depositary activity No. 078-13704-000100, dated 8 November 2012, and operations to manage securities No. 078-13703-001000, dated 8 November 2012, of the Moscow-based Investment Company Prometey Holdings, limited liability company, professional participant of the securities market (ITN 7842477453), due to the licensee’s request because of the Bank of Russia conducting on-site review of this organisation.
