On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-1230, dated 3 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the insurance company Regional Insurance Center, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3621, location: 1, building 1, Volokolamskoye Shosse, 125080 Moscow, TIN 7713303949, PSRN 1027700051620, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-997, dated 7 May 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Timofei V. Samatoyev (mailing address: 3, building 6, offices 201, 208 Ostapovsky Proyez, 109316 Moscow), member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Organisation of Receivers of the Central Federal District, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
