On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-1228, dated 3 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the insurance company MAXIMUM, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3975, location: 1 Gostinichnaya Street, 127106 Moscow, TIN 7744003705, PSRN 1047744005495, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-956, dated 29 April 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Anna G. Spitsyna (mailing address: 15 Ozerkovsky Pereulok, 115184 Moscow), member of the non-profit partnership Siberian Guild of Crisis Managers of the Central Federal District, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
