On termination of activity of provisional administration of insurance company

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 23 May 2014 on recognising the Limited liability company Metroton Insurance Company (address: 8 Bolshoy Karetny Lane, bldg. 1, Moscow 127051, PSRN 1057746748751, ITN 7707547591) insolvent (bankrupt) and initiating bankruptcy proceedings in compliance with Clause 2 of Article 183.12 of Federal Law No. 127-FZ dated 26 October 2002 ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the activity of the provisional administration of the specified insurance company appointed by the Bank of Russia decision dated 2 December 2013 for 6 months term was terminated from 23 May 2014.

The provisional administration was headed by Roman Chirkov (address for correspondence: 17 Marshala Timoshenko Street, bldg. 2, office 6, Moscow 121359), member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Organisation for Receivers GARANTIA (45a Bolshaya Pecherskaya Street, office 7, Nizhny Novgorod 603155).
