On revocation of banking licence

Due to the non-compliance of the Togliatti-based credit institution limited liability company Commercial Bank El Bank or LLC CB El Bank (the Samara Region) with federal banking laws and Bank of Russia regulations, inability to satisfy its creditors’ claims on monetary liabilities, considering repeated measures, in the course of the year, stipulated by the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’; and guided by Article 19, Paragraph 6 of part one and Paragraph 4 of part two of Article 20 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activity’ and part 11 of Article 74 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, the Bank of Russia decided (Order OD-1406, dated 5 May 2016) to revoke, from 5 May 2016, a banking licence from the credit institution the Moscow-based credit institution LLC CB El Bank (Bank of Russia Registration Number 1025, the date of registration is 29 November 1990).
