On Bank of Russia decision of 30 April 2014

To agree on reorganization of the non-profit organisation Non-governmental Pension Fund BLAGOSOSTOYANIE as the establishment of a non-profit pension fund with its simultaneous transformation into the open joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund BLAGOSOSTOYANIE CPI;to complete state registration of the open joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund BLAGOSOSTOYANIE CPI; to grant the open joint-stock company BLAGOSOSTOYANIE CPIa licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance operations, and  to register the Pension Regulations and Insurance Rules of the open joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund BLAGOSOSTOYANIE CPI as well as the Organisation and Internal Control Rules in the open joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund BLAGOSOSTOYANIE CPI.
