On the appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution Limited Liability Company Atlas Bank (Registration No. 3477, date of registration — 17 October 2007) (Order No. OD-908 of 5 May 2014), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-909 of 5 May 2014) to appoint from 5 May 2014 a provisional administration to the credit institution Limited Liability Company Atlas Bank for a term until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Sergey Maslov, a chief economist of the accounting records and reporting section of the Bank Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District, has been appointed as head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Limited Liability Company Atlas Bank.

The provisional administration of the credit institution Limited Liability Company Atlas Bank also includes: N. Stepanova, N. Frolova, S. Vasiliev.
