On the appointment of provisional administration
In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution Open Joint-Stock Company First Republican Bank (OJSC FRB) (Registration No. 1730, date of registration — 27 March 1992) (Order No. OD-910 of 5 May 2014), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-911 of 5 May 2014) to appoint from 5 May 2014 a provisional administration in the credit institution Open Joint-Stock Company First Republican Bank for a term until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ or until the arbitration court ruling on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.
Svetlana Demina, a chief economist of the reporting section of Branch 2 Moscow, has been appointed as head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Open Joint-Stock Company First Republican Bank.
