On the termination of the activity of the provisional administration

Due to a ruling by the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Ingushetia, dated 18 April 2014, on the forced liquidation of the credit institution Russko-Ingushsky Commercial Bank Limited Liability Company or CB RIngcombank LLC (Republic of Ingushetia, Nazran) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1909, the date of registration – 17 June 1992) and the appointment of a liquidator, pursuant to Clause  4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’,  the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-871, dated 30 April 2014) to terminate from 5 May 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Russko-Ingushsky Commercial Bank Limited Liability Company appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-185, dated 24 February 2014, ‘On the Appointment of a Provisional Administration to Manage the Credit Institution Russko-Ingushsky Commercial Bank Limited Liability Company or CB RIngcombank LLC (Republic of Ingushetia, Nazran) Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
