On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3165, dated 11 November 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank European Express, Limited Liability Company, or CB European Express LLC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-3395 dated 4 December 2014):

to withdraw Dmitry V. Kudryashov, head of the key information sector of the Security and Information Protection Department of the North-Western Main Branch of the Bank of Russia, from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank European Express, limited liability company, from 5 December 2014.
