On 2 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on reorganisation of the Non-profit organisation Non-governmental pension fund VTB Pension fund through its transformation into the Joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund VTB Pension fund, register the Joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund VTB Pension fund and reissue the document that confirms a valid licence to conduct pension provision and pension insurance activities by the Joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund VTB Pension fund.
