On Bank of Russia decisions of 31 July 2014
On 31 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Automotive Glass Alliance Rus placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-53770-К-002D.
To register a report on the results of issue of series 35 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the state corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-40-00004-T.
To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company UNITED INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION OBORONPROM placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-00008-Н-008D.
