The Bank of Russia issued Ordinance No. 3976-U, dated 9 March 2016, ‘On Amending Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 2005-U, Dated 30 April 2008, ‘On Assessing Banks’ Economic Situation’ registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 29 March 2016 under No. 41608.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3976-U specifies assessment methodology for indicators, group members to assess profitability assessment indicators, due to Bank of Russia Regulation No. 446-P, dated 22 December 2014, ‘On the Procedure to Determine Credit Institutions’ Revenues, Expenditures and Other Aggregate Income’ has become effective.
