On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Republic of Dagestan, dated 15 January 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank PrestigeCreditBank, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2922, date of registration 27 June 1994), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-262, dated 4 February 2015) to terminate from 5 February 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank PrestigeCreditBank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3300, dated 26 November 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Derbent-Based Credit Institution Commercial Bank PrestigeCreditBank, Limited Liability Company, or CB PrestigeCreditBank LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
