On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 20 January 2015 on the forced liquidation of the credit institution closed joint-stock company BVA-Bank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1684, date of registration — 26 December 1991) and the appointment of a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-261, dated 4 February 2015) to terminate from 5 February 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution closed joint-stock company BVA-Bank appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3302, dated 26 November 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based credit institution closed joint-stock company BVA-Bank or CJSC BVA-Bank Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
