On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3458, dated 10 December 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Trade Construction Bank or OJSC TCB Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-264, dated 4 February 2015) to withdraw N.V. Kuzmenko, T.I. Kulikova and Ye.N. Astafieva from the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Trade Construction Bank from 5 February 2015.
